I have worked many years in the automotive industry and am now semi-retired. I began Dog Kartel to provide authentic sausages and beef dogs to offer what Tucson has been missing. My mission is to master the delicious tastes of dogs from Hawaii, Chicago, New York and even Tucson. I prioritize quality and use premium meats with fresh fruits, vegetables and locally baked bread.
